PRIVACY POLICY RECRUITMENT
INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF CANDIDATE PERSONAL DATA RECRUITMENT - COLLABORATION - INTERNSHIPS/WORK-RELATED LEARNING

The current legislation, defined in relation to the 2016/679 EU Regulation of 27 April 2016 and Legislative Decree 101 of 10 August 2018 laying down provisions for the adjustment of the national law to the regulation concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) ensures that personal data processing is carried out in compliance with the fundamental rights, freedoms, and dignity of natural persons, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to the protection of personal data ensuring that the data are processed lawfully and correctly.
In light of these criteria, FIORINI INDUSTRIES SRL with registered office at VIA ZAMPESCHI, 119 47122 FORLI'- FC VAT number 03948070408, as Data Controller of your personal data, informs you of the following:
Purpose of the processing
The personal data collected are necessary to proceed with the stages of verification of the conditions for recruitment and/or workplace insertion in general: feedback by email or telephone regarding the willingness of the company or not to continue the process; recruitment interview planning and execution; administration of competence and/or aptitude assessment tests; feedback information by email or telephone regarding the outcome of the interview; request for references from previous employers (only with your consent) and for defence purposes.
The type of data processed refers exclusively to common data and only to particular categories of sensitive data, belonging to protected categories.
The data above will therefore be used to perform only the activities necessary to comply with the purposes described above: (storage and consultation of data) limited to any ongoing staff recruitment, at the end of which the data will be deleted.
Method of processing
The personal data provided during your application are kept by the Data Controller and the processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights, and will be carried out with the help of current information systems as well as on paper media.
The Data Controller adopts technical and organisational measures appropriate to the level of risk and the related periodic control policies.
The Data Controller has designated the parties authorised to carry out the processing and the persons in charge of data processing and the complete and updated list may be obtained at the company's headquarters by contacting the Data Controller
Communication to categories of recipients
The communication to third parties is provided solely and exclusively for the performance of recruitment and evaluation activities concerning the establishment of a working and/or collaboration relationship (in the case in which it is necessary to proceed with consultancy forms in this sector) in full compliance with the rights of the data subject.
The communication of data to Group companies is also provided for by the Data Controller where permitted by law and in any case exclusively for the strictly necessary purposes: presentation of candidates for hiring - collaborations and/or internships or work-related learning.
The data collected will not be disclosed without the written consent of the data subject.
Storage time
All personal data are kept for the time strictly functional for the purposes of the processing indicated above and in any case for a maximum period of 1 (one year) in case of interest in the skills contained in the CV, while they will be deleted due if the CV is not congruent with the skills required and/or necessary for the company's activities.
Data transfer abroad
Your personal data may be transferred to countries belonging to the EU and will not be transmitted to third countries. In the event that any personal data should be transferred to third countries or international organisations in the future, all the provisions of Chapter V (Regulation EU 2016/679) will be complied with in order to ensure an adequate level of protection.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to request an updated list of your rights by contacting the Data Controller or by writing to privacy@fiorinigroup.it, summarised in the right of access to personal data, right of rectification or deletion of the data or limitation of processing, including the right to object to the processing.
You have the right to exercise the said rights by written notice to be sent by certified email to Fiorinindustries@legalmail.it or by registered letter to the address of the company's registered office above.
Right to file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority
If the data subject considers that the processing violates their dignity, they have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority located at Piazza Monte Citorio 121 IT 00186 ROME
Nature of the provision and consent
The provision of data is optional and is decided by the candidate who, without any request from the Data Controller, submits their CV.
Regarding the data subsequently and eventually requested by the Data Controller, failure to provide the data implies the impossibility to proceed with the verification of the conditions for the recruitment and/or start of the collaboration - internships/work-related learning
Consent to the processing is not necessary as the processing concerns data contained in the CV spontaneously transmitted by the data subjects for the purpose of the possible establishment of a working relationship/collaboration, with the exception of the previously stated purpose of requesting references from previous employers for which explicit consent is required, by flagging or not flagging the specific field: I consent to the processing of data for the purpose of requesting references from previous employers.
