The range of Fiorini brazed exchangers is made up of the P series. The brazed heat exchangers guarantee a series of applications where, generally, the viscosity of the fluid is low and the power is under 200 kW.
These have a compact design and come in standard and custom solutions.
The special design of the plates allows for superior performance to be obtained in terms of heat exchange and reduced heat loss. The solutions come with corrugated plates brazed in copper/stainless steel or with smooth plates and turbulator.
Fiorini brazed heat exchangers undergo a precise brazing process which makes them reliable and resistant to high temperatures and pressures.

HOW IT WORKS
Fiorini brazed heat exchangers are used in heating systems, cooling systems and for heat recovery.
The job of a Fiorini brazed heat exchanger is to transfer the temperature of one fluid to another, the result of which is heating or cooling, based on the usage needs.
Heat exchange occurs through the exchanger’s plates, making sure that the two fluids do not mix thanks to the brazing of the plate pack.
Each of the two fluids follows a course that runs in the opposite direction to the other, thus improving the heat exchange.
The Fiorini range of brazed plate heat exchangers can be used with various types of fluid in different combinations: water/water, water/oil, steam/water, steam/oil, freon/water, etc.
