CASE HISTORY: Fiorini produces seven made-to-measure manifolds for a pasta-making factory

Fiorini meets the demands of Vaportermica Srl by producing seven manifolds for a pasta-making factory located in Muggia (Trieste), recently acquired by the leading company in the Italian pasta-making sector.

The manifolds, three of which are of considerable size (24”), join together the supply and return branches in the 6-bar superheated water distribution network, ensuring optimal operation of the factory’s heating plant.

An order which called for all the commitment and professionalism of ABC, Fiorini’s Business Unit dedicated to Technology and Industrial Processes.

Fiorini took up the challenge, producing seven elements in March 2020 with entirely made-to-measure technical features and testing their functionality under stress, thus delivering a safe, quality product the customer on schedule, accompanied by a technical report detailing the performance in accordance with the EN 13480 standard.

An all-round, detail-oriented service which has provided Vaportermica with a product that meets the required technical specifications and is pre-tested and ready for installation in the factory.
